The Customer Services Representative ensures that all service orders are processed efficicently and in a timely manner. The Representative utilizes both internal and external technical resources to ensure the service orders are completed in accordance with Tiffany & Co. quality standards. The Representation acts as liaison to internal customers across China region. The Representative also manages parts and sundry inventory to support the TSC China and China retail needs.
Provides efficient and timely processing of all service center orders in accordance with Tiffany & Co. service and quality standards. This includes but is not limited to identifying and managing the expectations of the appropriate internal and external technical resources, appropriating the necessary parts and materials for each order, and systematic capturing of all relevent information.
Proactively and accurately maintains, monitors, and procures parts, materials and sundry inventory. When necessary, works with TSC New York or local sources to procure and replenishment the inventory.
Liaisons with TCO China regional markets for service order follow up and status. If necessary, direct communication with China market retail customers and works with TCO China Retail management to resolve customer service issues.
Perform occasional machine engraving on COM merchandise and other office administrative and clerical functions, including the timely processing of all relevant invoices.
